Anti-human trafficking and sexual exploitation policy

Valhalla Girls LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive #26833, Austin, TX 78731, runs valhallagirls.com. This policy says what we will not allow, what we do to keep it out, and what happens when someone tries.

Zero tolerance

We do not tolerate human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced or coerced activity, deceptive recruitment, sexual exploitation, or any attempt to profit from any of it. There is no warning and no second chance: an account involved in any of it is closed, the content is removed, and the matter goes to the authorities.

How this site is built, and why it matters here

Every image and video on valhallagirls.com is computer-generated. No real person is depicted, photographed, filmed, recruited, hired or paid to appear in any of it. Nobody uploads content to this site but the owner, and every post is reviewed before it is published. There is no way for a third party to publish media here, so there is no route by which a trafficked or coerced person could be depicted or advertised through our content.

We set this policy out in full regardless, because we take money over the internet and because the risk belongs to anyone who runs a site of this kind. The rules below bind everyone who uses the site in any way.

What is prohibited

• Any content, message or request involving a person under 18, or anyone presented as a minor.
• Trafficking, recruiting, advertising, transporting, harbouring or soliciting any person for sexual activity, by force, fraud, coercion, or at all where the person is a minor.
• Sexual activity without freely given consent, or with anyone unable to give it.
• Advertising, arranging or paying for prostitution or any commercial sexual service.
• Sextortion, blackmail, threats, or sharing intimate material without consent.
• Using the site, its chat or its payments to contact, recruit, arrange, groom or move anyone.
• Helping, funding or concealing any of the above.

What we do

• The owner reviews every post before it is published, and records how it was generated.
• The chat refuses anything involving a minor, anyone presented as childlike, coercion, or any attempt to move contact, payment or a meeting off this site. Refusals are logged. A pattern of attempts closes the account.
• Every account confirms it belongs to an adult, and the confirmation is recorded with its date, address and browser.
• Payments run through a regulated processor with its own monitoring. We keep the billing records the law requires.
• We act on reports ourselves rather than waiting to be told twice.

Reporting

If you believe anyone connected to this site is being trafficked, coerced or exploited, tell us at support@valhallagirls.com or by phone on (409) 298-5947 and say it is urgent. We look at it the same day.

If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. In the United States the National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888, or text 233733. It runs at all hours and is free and confidential.

What happens next

Content comes down at once. Accounts are suspended while we look and closed if there is any substance to it. We preserve what we hold, we report to law enforcement where there is any indication of a crime, and we tell our payment partners. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and with lawful requests from banks and card networks, and we do not require a subpoena before preserving evidence.

No refund is given to an account closed under this policy.
