Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Go to your account page and press Cancel membership. It takes two clicks and no email. You are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If something is wrong, write to support@valhallagirls.com and tell us what happened. We reply to every message within 24 hours.

• Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled: we refund in full, always.
• The site or the content did not work as described: we refund in full.
• You subscribed by mistake and have not viewed any members-only post: we refund in full.
• You used the membership for the month and then changed your mind: we do not refund that month, but we cancel the renewal at once so you are not charged again.
• Pay-per-view purchases are refundable if the media does not play or is not what was described.

Refunds go back to the card that paid and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Before you contact your bank

Ask us first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us both; an email to support@valhallagirls.com is usually answered the same day. If you do not recognise a charge, the name on your statement is a name we are finalising with our payment processor, which is us.

Prices

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, in US dollars, with no hidden fees. Membership is $19.99 a month unless the page says otherwise.
