Log in, open your account page, press Cancel membership. No email, no waiting. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
Email support@valhallagirls.com or by phone on (409) 298-5947. Tell us the email on the account and the date of the charge and we can find it straight away.
Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short: charged twice, charged after cancelling, or something did not work, and we refund in full.
