What the charge on your statement means

A charge from this site appears as a name we are finalising with our payment processor. If you see that name, it is your Valhalla Girls membership or a single post you unlocked.

How to cancel

Log in, open your account page, press Cancel membership. No email, no waiting. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.

How to reach a person

Email support@valhallagirls.com. We reply to every message within 24 hours. Tell us the email on the account and the date of the charge and we can find it straight away.

Refunds

Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In short: charged twice, charged after cancelling, or something did not work, and we refund in full.

Complaints and content removal

To complain about anything on this site, or to ask for content to be removed, write to support@valhallagirls.com with the page and what the problem is. We answer within 24 hours and act within 48 hours where the complaint is upheld. Copyright complaints have their own route on the DMCA page.
