Complaints, content removal and appeals

Valhalla Girls LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive #26833, Austin, TX 78731, runs valhallagirls.com. This page says how to complain about anything published here, how quickly we answer, what we do about it, and how to challenge a decision you think is wrong.

It stands on its own. It does not replace the DMCA notice and takedown route for copyright, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Anti-Human Trafficking Policy, and anyone may use it, whether or not they hold an account here.

Making a complaint

Write to support@valhallagirls.com or by phone on (409) 298-5947, or to Valhalla Girls LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive #26833, Austin, TX 78731. Tell us:

• Your name and how to reach you.
• The address of the content, or where on the site you saw it.
• What is wrong with it.
• Anything that supports what you are saying.

If you are the person depicted, or someone acting for them, say so: that complaint goes to the front of the queue.

What happens, and how fast

• We acknowledge every complaint within 24 to 48 hours.
• A person reviews it, not a filter. On this site that person is the owner.
• Where there is any sign the content is unlawful, non-consensual, or against our own rules, it comes down at once and stays down while we look at it.
• We resolve valid complaints within five business days and tell you the outcome.

What we can do includes taking content down, keeping it down, asking for more information, suspending or closing an account, and reporting the matter to the authorities.

What is never allowed here

Content that is unlawful, non-consensual, or that depicts or appears to depict a minor. Content that depicts a real identifiable person without their consent. Content that infringes someone's rights. Anything that promotes or profits from human trafficking or sexual exploitation. All of it comes down as soon as we know, whether we were told or found it ourselves.

Every image and video on this site is computer-generated and no real person appears in any of it, which is set out in the 2257 statement. That does not narrow this policy: if anything here resembles a real person, or anyone believes it does, tell us and it comes down while we look.

Appealing a decision

If we removed, restricted or refused something and you believe we were wrong, write to support@valhallagirls.com with the word Appeal and tell us what you think we got wrong. A different review is carried out and we answer within five business days.

If the content breaks our terms or the law, it stays down. If it does not, we put it back.

If you still disagree, you may ask for the matter to be reviewed independently by a neutral third party. We pay for that review, and its decision is final.
